What we collect and why. This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics. When you send an enquiry, the form opens an email in your own mail app; we receive only what you choose to send — typically your name, email address, dates and apartment preference. We use it to answer you and, if you book, to manage your reservation (performance of a contract, Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Legal obligations. If you stay with us, Spanish law requires us to register guests' identity details with the authorities (traveller registration) and to keep invoicing records. These are processed under Art. 6.1.c GDPR and kept for the periods the law sets.

Sharing. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where the law requires (traveller registration, tax) or where a booking platform you used already holds it.

Retention. Enquiry emails that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Booking and invoicing records are kept for the statutory periods.

Your rights. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by emailing mozagamod@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
